What you'll do
  • Research and map target companies across niche sectors for outbound prospecting

  • Own ProTalentia's visual identity across all touchpoints — digital, social, and print
  • Design LinkedIn carousels, pitch decks, brochures, and email templates
  • Build and evolve the brand design system (colours, typography, components)

  • Collaborate with founders on website updates and new campaign visuals

We're running this mandate on behalf of a funded semiconductor startup building next-generation SoC platforms. They need a seasoned RTL Design Director to lead a growing team of chip architects and design engineers — someone who's been in the trenches of complex silicon and can now build and lead at scale.

ProTalentia is the retained recruitment partner for this confidential search. All applications are handled with complete discretion.
The role
  • Lead RTL design and verification for complex, multi-million gate SoC designs
  • Drive microarchitecture definition in collaboration with system architects
  • Mentor and manage a team of 8–15 senior RTL and DV engineers
  • Own the RTL-to-tape-out signoff process and quality metrics
  • Engage with IP vendors, EDA partners and foundry interfaces (TSMC/Samsung preferred)
  • Contribute to technical hiring and team-building strategy
What's needed
  • 15+ years of RTL design experience with at least 3 successful tape-outs on advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, or below)
  • Expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and functional verification methodologies
  • Deep understanding of low-power design techniques (CPF/UPF)
  • Prior leadership experience managing large design teams in a product company
  • Experience with AI/ML accelerator, networking, or mobile SoC architectures preferred
